Kim Jong Un Arrives in Russia For Summit With Vladimir Putin

North Korean leader Kim Jong-un has arrived by train in the eastern port city of Vladivostok, Russia, ahead of his first-ever meeting with President Vladimir Putin.

Kim is expected to reach out to Putin for economic assistance, as the U.S. shows no sign of easing up on sanctions left in place after President Trump walked away from a U.S.-North Korea summit on denuclearization in Hanoi in February.
